We are a small family owned timeshare company that specializes in the timeshare resale market. Over the last five years, we have been helping people buy, sell, and rent their timeshares. As we have continued to grow, so has our amazing Magical Realty family. We are a real team of licensed real estate professionals who can help you sell your timeshare, rent a timeshare, or buy a timeshare for no introduction fees. We work off commission only, and for that reason, we are highly motivated to getting the best possible price the resale market will allow, and you pay nothing until the sale of your timeshare. We understand there are a lot of unethical business practices who prey on inexperienced timeshare owners, therefore we have taken all the risk out of the services we offer. Selling a timeshare doesn’t have to be a complicated process, and with our help it won’t be.

Meet The Team

David has lived in Florida for most of his life, also having lived in Puerto Rico and Brazil. He is fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese while also studying French in college. A graduate of the University of Florida, David spent several years working in the banking and technology industry before finding what he’s truly passionate about: vacations. David entered the timeshare industry in 2006 and worked two years for Marriott Vacation Club before joining the resale industry. He has traveled extensively, visiting many of the timeshare resorts in Florida, California and the Caribbean. David welcomed his first born son in 2010 “Daniel” while also adding his second child “Dylan” in 2012. David has been married to his wonderful wife, Sharon, since 2005. David’s greatest enjoyment is helping families make that vacation dream come true.

Paula is originally from Buenos Aires, Argentina, the beautiful city of tango. She has extensive experience in sales, marketing and graphic design. She worked as a manager for FedUSA Insurance for seven years, before deciding to get her real estate license to complement her career. Paula currently works as an agent specializing in the South American and Mexican marketsﾠfor Magical Realty. She is very happy to be part of this team and do what she can to create a truly amazing and magical experience for you.

Teresa, born and raised in London, England, is an avid traveller and has been involved in travel and tourism all her life. She travelled the world with British Airways, led tour groups throughout Europe with the USO and managed the El Paso Hilton front desk before entering the Vacation Ownership Industry 22 years ago. As an account manager for Interval International she learned all the ins and outs of exchanging timeshares before obtaining her real estate license and joining the sales team of Marriott Vacation Club. There she ﾠenjoyed a very successful 16 year career, selling all MARRIOTT RESORTS, and POINTS and achieved the highest career level of Multi Presidential.

Ron has spent 21 plus years in the timeshare industry, and has been a licensed real estate agent in Florida for 8 years. Weismore worked for all the top developers and helped develop one of the best rental programs in the business, specializing in Marriott Vacation Club. Gaining great knowledge and experience, learning the ins-and-outs of the timeshare world. His promise to you is to take care of your needs with honesty, integrity, and respect.

Ryan Taylor is a vacation ownership professional with more than 15 years of experience. His career in the industry has been spent with the largest most respected brands. Ryan has had a considerable success in sales over the years and is considered an expert on the Hilton, Disney and Marriott programs. Ryan is a current owner with Hilton Grand Vacations and former Disney Vacation Club owner as well. He is originally from Kalamazoo Michigan and attended Michigan State University. While in school at MSU he took part in the Disney college program and fell in love with Orlando. He currently lives in Downtown Orlando with his wife Laura, dog Lucky and cats, Ross, Rachel and Lynx. They enjoy Orlando’s many attractions and traveling the world as much as possible.

Specializing in STARWOOD & MARRIOTT resorts in prime locations including Hawaii, Park City, California, Florida and the Caribbean. Karl has been in the timeshare world for 30 years. He began his sales career in Palm Springs before deciding he wanted to travel the world and spent 10 years in the Caribbean, including a stint at the Harborside Atlantis. He has been living in Florida now for 10 years specializing in all things Starwood, Marriott and prime resort locations. Karl consistently sells over $1 Million per year in timeshare resale transactions and charges NO UP- FRONT FEE . Karl is proud to be a single Dad to two beautiful daughters.
